CHICKEN AND BANANA IN ORANGE SAUCE

This is not a recipe, just a guide.Start with serving size pieces of boneless chicken breast. Simmer the chicken in orange juice if you are in a hurry. If you have more time, make a roux of 1 tablespoon each of flour and butter or oleo, add orange juice instead of water or milk. Simmer the chicken in this. Cut a banana in half the long way, and add it to the simmering chicken, just minutes before serving, just long enough to heat through.
