CARDINAL CHICKEN SALAD
2 Cups of diced apples
Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples. Add chicken, celery, grapes, Miracle Whip (3/4 cup) and seasoning. Mix lightly. Press into 1 ½ quart bowl. Chill several hours. Unmold on serving platter.
Combine softened cream cheese
and ¼ cup of Miracle Whip, mixing until well blended. Frost the
salad and garnish with grape halves. Makes 8 servings.
