CARDINAL CHICKEN SALAD

2 Cups of diced apples
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
(small pieces cut with knife, not food processor chopped)
¾ cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups finely chopped celery
1 cup green grapes cut in half
1 one ounce package of cream cheese
¼ cup more of Miracle Whip

Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples. Add chicken, celery, grapes, Miracle Whip (3/4 cup) and seasoning. Mix lightly. Press into 1 ½ quart bowl. Chill several hours. Unmold on serving platter.

Combine softened cream cheese and ¼ cup of Miracle Whip, mixing until well blended. Frost the salad and garnish with grape halves. Makes 8 servings.
