GINGER ALE BREAD or SPRITE or any light flavored soda

Use ingredients at room temperature. Add ingredients in the order prescribed for your particular machine. I've used this in a yeast-first machine and a yeast-last machine. It works, either way. The soda needs to be reasonably fresh. Sometimes we buy some for guests and the leftover cans last too long.

1 package of yeast.
3 cups of bread flour
1 ¼ cups of soda

Compare this to your other recipes to get the order of ingredients right and to tell what setting to use. Should be the same as your other 3 cups of flour recipes, white bread.
