GRASSHOPPER PIE Grind 26 chocolate wafers in
processor. ( Not Oreos, but the thin plain chocolate wafers used for
whipped cream cakes, called specifically Chocolate Wafers.) Combine wafer crumbs, butter and sugar, press into an 8" pie dish, and chill. Sprinkle 1 package of gelatin ( not Jell-O©) over ½ cup of water. Let it stand 5 minutes then beat and stir until dissolved. In Processor or KitchenAid
mixer, Fold in 2 cups of heavy cream
