
PUMPKIN PIE
Piecrust for one crust, not
baked
1 ½ cups cooked pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons molasses
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt,
spices, molasses, mix well.
Add eggs and milk, mix well again. Pour into shell. Bake at 425°
40 to 45 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
