SHRIMP CHEESE BALLS

2 three ounce packages of Cream Cheese
1 ½ teaspoons of prepared mustard
1 teaspoon of grated onion
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt
3 ½ ounce can or ¾ cup of cooked shrimp cut in small pieces.
2/3 cup chopped salted mixed nuts.

Soften cream cheese. Blend in everything except the nuts. Chill. Form into half inch balls and roll each in the chopped nutes. Makes 3 ½ dozen.
